This year the field hockey, women's soccer, men's soccer, volleyball and women's tennis teams will report for pre-season workouts on August 19, 2006.

If you are a resident student-athlete, you will be able to move into the residence halls on Saturday August 19, 2006 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Each resident student-athlete can check in at the resident hall assigned to them by the Residence Life Office.

Student-athletes who will be commuting to Neumann College may begin checking in at the check-in table outside LLC III at 11:30 a.m. All student-athletes and their families are invited to attend a barbeque sponsored by the Athletic Department.  The barbeque will start at 12 p.m. and will be held in the courtyard between the Life Center and Bachmann buildings.

Beginning at 2 p.m. student-athletes will begin to complete the required NCAA paperwork along with all pertinent Neumann College Sports Information paperwork, and receive team physicals.

Physicals are free of charge and are required.  You may not participate in practice until you complete a physical via the Neumann College Sports Medicine team.  Please remember to bring a copy of your insurance card.  A clear copy of both sides of the insurance card is needed.

If you are a student-athlete who is under the age of 18 please contact the Director of Athletics, Chuck Sack at 610-558-5627.  Student-athletes under the age of 18 will need their parent's signature.  By contacting Mr. Sack the Neumann College Athletic Department can pre-arrange to complete specific and required documents.

A Knights dinner will be held at 5 p.m.  After dinner each team will have their own team meetings and activities.
