Freshman (2004): Kelly went 1-4 and in 35 innings pitched he struck out 15 batters.

Sophomore (2005): Finished the season with a 2-6 record with 25 strike outs (2nd most for the season) in 41 innings.

Junior (2006): In 2006 Kelly improved greatly from the previous years earning a spot as the starter. He received the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week for May 1. He finished the season with a 4-3 record and 3.20 ERA. In the 50.2 innings pitched he struck out 26 batters and the opponents batted .253 against him. He also finished top 5 in 14 out of 27 categories for pitching.
