Grantham, Pa. - Neumann College fell just shy of victory at the Messiah College Tournament losing 68-65 to Richard Stockton College in non-conference men's basketball action this evening. Despite the efforts of Derahn Patrick, who scored 28 points and Ronnie Fields who was 7-7 from the line, Neumann could not overcome a 6-point (30-24) first half deficit. Neumann was led by Patrick with 28 and Fields with 13. DJ Fritz led the Knights defensively with 5 rebounds and 2 steals. The Knights will return to action Saturday at 1:00 p.m. vs. |
