ASTON, Pa. - Head Coach Corey Stitzel has announced the men's basketball schedule for the upcoming 2007-2008 season. The Knights face a 16-game conference schedule as well as eight non-conference opponents.

 

The Knights kick off the season at the Franklin and Marshall Tournament on Nov. 17-18 and welcome Head Coach Corey Stitzel's alma mater, Elizabethtown College, to the Bruder Gymnasium in Aston, Pa. the following weekend (Nov. 25) for their season home opener.

 

Neumann will open PAC play on Nov. 29 at home against Cabrini College. They will be hosted by Misericordia on Dec. 1 sparking an 8-game road trip which includes a visit to Gwynedd Mercy College, Division-II Shippensburg University and an appearance at the Greyhound Starters Classic hosted by Moravain College to start the New Year. Neumann will also renew a cross-county rivalry with NCAA Tournament participant Widener University on Jan. 8 and face PAC opponent Marywood University before returning home mid-January to host Immaculata and Misericorida in a two-game home stand.

 

The Knights will celebrate their seniors on Feb. 16 against Marywood and close out the regular season against PAC opponent Centenary College on Feb 19.

 

This year's PAC Tournament is scheduled for Feb 23-Feb 29, while the first round of the NCAA Tournament is scheduled for the weekend of Mar. 6 at sites to be determined.
