Patrick earns his first Player of the Week accolade of the season after scoring a game-high 27 points and leading Neumann to a 66-63 victory over Franklin & Marshall for the 2007 Rotary Tip-Off Tournament championship title. The senior guard was Tournament MVP and shot 12-of-13 from the line, while tallying three three-pointers. Patrick also led the Knights in their season opener with 26 points in a 79-72 win over PSU Brandywine.
The Chester, Pa., native has helped the Knights win two of their last three games with their only loss coming against Elizabethtown College on Saturday. In the first three games of the season, Patrick has connected on 30-of-33 shots from the foul line and is averaging 22 points and 4 rebounds per game. He is shooting 91% at the line and 42% from behind the arc.
Patrick and the Knights will be back in action on Thursday, November 29. The Knights will host PAC rival Cabrini College at 8:00 p.m.
