Tennis Brackets

Aston, Pa. - Men's Tennis (11-3) will head to the 2007 PAC Men's Tennis Championship for the second consecutive year as a team.

The Knights finished fourth in PAC play and will depart for the Championship, to be held at the West End Racquet Club in Allentown, Pa., on Friday April 20-21.

Neumann College junior John Slinka will represent Neumann at No. 1 singles. Dan Harnos will serve at No. 2; Matthew Ford will face off against the #1 seed, Mike Dignen at No. 3 singles and Andrew Bitar will represent the Knights at No. 4.

2006 PAC No. 6 Singles Champion Barry Harvey will look to capture his second PAC Championship, this year at No. 5. He has earned the 2^nd seed in this year's championship.

Sophomore Steve Klenk, who has also been seeded 2^nd, will look for his first championship at No. 6 singles.

In doubles play Dan Harnos and John Slinka earned the draw for the Knights at No. 1. The PAC undefeated pair of Matthew Ford and Barry Harvey have received the 1^st seed at No. 2 doubles and Andrew Bitar and Steve Klenk earned the 2^nd seed at No. 3 doubles.

PAC Tennis Championship play begins Friday and will conclude Saturday in Allentown, Pa. An Award ceremony will follow the championship Saturday evening to announce the 2005 All-PAC honors.
