Aston, Pa. --After having their six-game win streak snapped on Saturday afternoon the Neumann Knights got back on track with a 68-52 road win over Eastern University Monday night. With the 16-point win Neumann improves to 10-6 on the season 5-2 in the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference while Eastern falls to 3-11 and 2-4 in the PAC.

Neumann opened the game on a 15-2 run and never looked back. Eastern came within nine of the Knights with six minutes left to play in the first half but were denied the chance to get any closer as the Knights took a commanding 32-18 lead going into intermission.

The Knights showed no mercy in the second half taking a 22-point lead over their hosts with 7:28 left to play. As a team Neumann hit 20-23 from the foul line and received 30-points from their bench.

DiRomualdo's 17-points were a team high followed by Coleen Healy who scored 14 for the Knights. Katie Young and Dominique Thompson each added 10-points in the win.

Neumann will be back in action on Thursday, January 24, at Immaculata University. Tip-off is set for 6:00 p.m.
