The night began with a meet and greet, followed by dinner and awards. Senior Kim Hinkle and 2007 PAC Rookie of the Year Brittany Whetts were named Most Valuable Players while Caitlin Agnew received the Knights' most prestigious honor, the St. Francis and Clare award. Brittany Whetts, who was named the 2007 PAC Rookie of the Year, averaged 15.3 points and 8.70 rebounds per game this season. She ranked in the top 100 among NCAA Division-III women's basketball players for points scored and led the PAC in overall scoring (438) and rebounding (232). Whetts helped lead the Knights to the best record since 1987-1988 (20-11) and is an ECAC Southern Player of the Week selection and three-time PAC Player of the Week selection. Hinkle, who will graduate in May with a degree in sport management, led the team in assists (102) and steals (51) this season. The 2006-2007 co-captain and co-MVP had a career high ten assists against Eastern and five steals against Cabrini in conference play.
