Elmira fought back and produced two more goals in the second period. The first goal for Elmira came at the 12:48 mark. Mary-Kate Geratowski assisted and the goal was scored by Kendall Hanley. Just three shots later, at the 15:32 mark, the second goal for the Soaring Eagles came from Tory Mac Neil and was assisted by Kayla Coady and Sheena Calic.

The third period's first shot described the entire period, full of goals. At the 2:39 mark, the first shot of the third period produced a goal for Elmira. Farren Hart scored off an assist from teammate Erika Godwin and made the score in favor of Elmira, 4-1. At 7:15 Stacey Calic's pass to Kayla Coady placed Coady to go one on one with Voran and scored a short handed goal. 12:08 marked the last goal of the day for Elmira coming from Stefanie McLean and was assisted by Jacyln O'Neil. The final goal of the match up this afternoon came from Neumann's own Kirsten Gauthier who was assisted by teammates Jenelle Marier and Jessica McAllister.
