ASTON, Pa. - The Neumann College athletic department announced Friday that it has finalized its women's soccer schedule for the 2007 season.

The Knights will play 7 regular season games at Knights Field, including matches against Pennsylvania Athletic Conference foes Notre Dame (Sept. 19), Immaculata (Sept. 27), Eastern (Oct. 1), Alvernia  (Oct. 10) and Centenary College (Oct. 16).

The team will open the regular season on the road at the Swarthmore Kick Classic on September 1 and 2. The following Wednesday the Knights will play host to Delaware County rival Widener University in their season home opener.

Neumann will head on the road for a three game series against King's (Sept. 8), Wesley (Sept .19) and DeSales (Sept. 14). The Knights will return home to face Muhlenburg on September 16 and will open PAC play against Notre Dame the following Wednesday.

After a facing Gwynedd Mercy and Arcadia on the road the Knights will embark on an eight-game conference spree in the second half of the season that ends with 2006 PAC Champion, College Misericorida in Dallas, Pennsylvania on October 18.  Neumann will then play a final non-conference tune-up at Penn State-Abington on October 22 before the Knights enter into the PAC Championships.

This year's PAC Tournament is scheduled for Oct 27-Nov. 3, while the first round of the NCAA Tournament is scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 7 at sites to be determined.
