In game one the Knights came out on top 10-0. They were led by pitcher Angela Sebasto who pitched 5 scoreless innings, fanned 11 and pitched a one-hitter. Offensively Jen Goslin connected in the second inning for 2-run home run. Those rbi would prove to be all the Knights would need to take game one. Caitlin Hanrahan went 3-for-2 with a double and a homerun, her 6th of the season, while Sheila Munson went 2-for-2 in the shutout. In game two, the Knights fell in the first inning 4-0 but that did not stop their efforts in the field and at the plate as the Knights rallied back to a 12-7 win. Megan Mazur pitched her first win of the year in relief, pitching 2.2 innings and getting 2 strike-outs. Lauren Gallagher went 3-for-4 with a double to help the Knights to the series sweep.
