ASTON, P.A. - Neumann College sophomore pitcher Angela Sebasto (Trenton, NJ. /McCorristin) has been selected as the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week as announced on Monday March 19. It marks the fourth time Sebasto has garnered the PAC'S weekly award. Sebasto helped the Knights post a 5-1 record in Disney, FL at the Wide World of Sports Training Center over the College's Spring Break on February 5-8.

Sebasto excelled at the plate and in the circle last week to capture the PAC'S weekly honor.

Sebasto batted .526, collecting ten hits in 20 at bats and scoring five runs. With hitting .526, Sebasto also recorded 5 RBI'S in a great weekend.

Most impressive of all was Sebasto's performance in the circle. Against Thiel College on March 5, Sebasto pitched in relief to pick up her first win of the season. Against Northland College on March 9, Sebasto saved her best for her first start of the year, when she went seven innings and struck out 12 Northland batters en route to her second win of the season.

For the week, Sebasto went 3-0 for the Knights with a 0.30 ERA and 31 strike outs.

Neumann College now stands at 5-1 on the season. The Knights return to action on Tuesday, March 20, when they play Haverford College at Knights Field in Aston, P.A.
