Aston, Pa. - The Pennsylvania Athletic Conference announced Tuesday the selection of Neumann College's Caitlin Hanrahan (Springfield, Pa.) as the PAC Player of the Week for week ending April 22.

Hanrahan hit .769 (10 for 13) for the week with three home runs, four doubles, eight RBIs, ten runs and three stolen bases for the Knights in a 4-0 conference week. She tied Neumann College's record for most home runs in a season and broke Neumann College's record for most home runs in a career.

Caitlin Hanrahan leads the 2007 Knights in doubles (18), homeruns (8), and steals (4) and is second on the team with a .480 batting average.

This is Caitlin's second PAC Player of the Week honor this season and third of her career. She is studying communication and media arts at Neumann.
