In her freshmen campaign Jen Goslin currently ranks in the top five among her teammates in nine offensive categories; runs scored (25), hits (50), doubles (14), home runs (9), RBIs (44), total bases (91), hitting percentage (.424) slugging percentage (.771) and on base percentage (.485). She is also ranked 2nd in the conference in doubles, third in RBI and 5th overall in batting average. The Knights had three players earn first team honors including 2006 PAC Rookie of the Year Angela Sebasto. Sebasto leads Neumann offensively in hits this season with 65. On the mound, she is sporting a 15-4 record and a 1.93 ERA with 152 strikeouts and 17 complete games. She has allowed a stingy .201 opponents batting average against in 24 appearances and has been named PAC Player of the Week three-times this season. Senior tri-captain Kristen Lawlor (Williamstown, NJ/Our Lady of Mercy) and sophomore Caitlin Hanrahan (Springfield, PA (Springfield) joined Sebasto on the All-PAC first team at outfield and infield, respectively. Lawlor is batting .378 with 42 hits, six home runs and 38 RBI's this season. She is the Knights' all-time career hits leader with 171 and ranks 4th in the conference in RBI's. She is also 2007 PAC Player of the Week selection. Infielder Caitlin Hanrahan is batting .450 with 19 doubles, 10 homeruns and 34 RBI. She leads the Knights in runs scores (46), total bases (108), doubles and homeruns. She is ranked 2nd in the conference in batting average, hits and on base percentage behind Sebasto, 1st in runs scored, doubles and total bases and is a three-time PAC Player of the Week. 2007 All-PAC Softball Team (PDF) |
