Walsh helps out in win with 18 digs
 
Neumann Volleyball Betters PAC Record With 3-0 Win Over Misericordia

The Neumann Knights Volleyball squad traveled to College Misericordia Saturday afternoon for a PAC conference match up where they came out victorious in straight three games (30-23, 31-29, 30-18).

 

The hitting duo of Julia Tarloski (10 K/4 E) and Rachael Sokolovich (9 K/0 E) combined for a three game total of 19 kills on the afternoon. Jenna Halpin put together an all around solid game contributing strong offense with 6 kills on 18 attempts.

 

Meghan Wilson (20) and Christina Walsh (18) combined to lead the defensive end with 38 digs in the three games. Kristen Gregg-Verone totaled for 33 assists and 12 digs to help the Knights to victory.

 

Knight's Volleyball action returns Tuesday in the Bruder Gymnasium @ 7:00pm where they will host Marywood University.
