Len Schuler serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation, for the Neumann College Athletic Department. Managing many responsibilities, he assists the Athletic Department by coordinating intramural programs and work-study for the Cardio and Weight rooms as well as monitoring all athletic facilities for conditions and/or repair.

Schuler is a 1970 graduate of Penn State University with an Associate degree in Business, and a 1985 graduate of Neumann College with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies. Schuler served Neumann College as women's basketball coach from 1982 - 2000, Baseball coach from 1991-2005, and served as Director of Athletics from 1988 - 2000.

Before arriving at Neumann College, Schuler worked in the commercial banking industry for Southeast National Bank which through mergers is now Wachovia Bank.

Len resides in Aston, PA with his wife Donna and their three children, Brian, Erin and Scott.
